Weekly Management Fee

At RentBetter, we strive to offer exceptional property management services, accompanied by a clear and competitive fee structure. For the management of a single property, our market-leading management rate is set at 7.5% + GST. For clients with multiple properties, we are pleased to offer an attractive discount on this rate.

Inspection Rate

We believe in ensuring your property’s well-being, and our inspection services play a vital role in achieving this goal. Our inspection rate is set at $50+ GST per inspection.

As the property owner, you have the flexibility to choose the frequency of these inspections based on your preferences. Whether you opt for annual, quarterly, or monthly inspections, our team will be ready to assist you accordingly.

One-Off Fees

In addition to our ongoing fees, we have some one-off charges that you should be aware of.

The letting fee for securing a suitable tenant for your property is one week’s rent + GST. This fee covers the meticulous process of finding a reliable tenant, ensuring a seamless transition.
